Heidi Pendergast is the Oregon Director of the Healing Advocacy Fund. She works with stakeholders and experts in the field of psychedelics to drive safety and accessibility to state regulated psilocybin services. Heidi has been developing and managing social impact programs for over 20 years in non-profits, labor unions, politics, and international work. She spent the last 13 years at the Service Employees International Union directing educational programs, issue based advocacy, and leading the organization’s work on innovation. She is passionate about rooting program design in community engagement and maximizing outcomes for social impact and social justice. She thrives on helping ambitious, meaningful programs come to fruition.
